Return & Exchange Policy
We understand that you can change your mind! If you would like to exchange or return your order, please contact us at shopmuseajewelry@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
For exchanges, we will provide a return label for your items. Once we receive your return, we will issue store credit for the value of the returned items, minus a $6 return fee. You can then use your store credit to order new items.
For returns, we will issue a full refund for the value of the returned items, minus a $6 return fee.
